How Custom Orders Work

Every custom project begins with a consultation to discuss your ideas, quantity, design, materials, personalization, packaging, and other requirements.

Production begins only after:

• all project details have been finalized;
• the customer has approved the project;
• a signed agreement has been received, if applicable;
• a 50% non-refundable deposit has been paid.

The consultation period is not included in the production timeline.

Production Timeline

Custom and made-to-order projects require a minimum estimated production period of two (2) weeks after final approval and receipt of the required deposit.

Actual production time may vary depending on quantity, project complexity, materials, requested revisions, and other project requirements.

For custom candles, a recommended curing period of approximately 10–14 days after production may also apply. The curing period is separate from the minimum production timeline and may affect the final shipping date.
