Yes. Every candle is individually handcrafted in the USA in small batches to ensure exceptional quality and attention to detail.
Do you offer custom candles?
Yes. We specialize in custom candles for weddings, bridal showers, baby showers, birthdays, corporate events, luxury gifts, restaurants, hotels, spas, and special occasions.

Can I personalize my candle?
Yes. Depending on your project, you can customize:

How long does a custom order take?
Custom candle production begins after the final design approval and receipt of the required deposit.
Minimum production time starts from 2 weeks, depending on the complexity and size of the order.
How long should I burn my candle?
For the first burn, allow the wax to melt completely across the surface. This helps prevent tunneling and provides the best candle performance.
How often should I trim the wick?
Trim the wick to approximately 1/4 inch (6 mm) before each burn for a cleaner flame and longer candle life.
How long can I burn my candle?
For best performance, burn your candle for 2–4 hours at a time.
Do you ship throughout the United States?
Yes. We ship nationwide throughout the United States.
Do you offer international shipping?
International shipping may be available depending on the destination. Please contact us before placing your order.
Can I return my candle?
Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. Please review our No Returns & No Refunds Policy before placing your order.
When will my order ship?
Ready-to-ship candles are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Custom candle orders follow the agreed production schedule.
