Are your candles handmade?
Yes. Our handcrafted candles are individually made in small batches with attention to quality, appearance, and performance.
What are your candles made of?
Our candles are made using carefully selected waxes, fragrance oils, wicks, containers, and other materials appropriate for each candle design.

Do you offer custom orders?
Yes. We create custom and personalized products for individuals, businesses, weddings, celebrations, corporate events, hospitality projects, gifts, and other special occasions.

Can I personalize a custom order?
Depending on the product and project, customization options may include:
- fragrance;
- color;
- design;
- labels;
- names, dates, or messages;
- business logos;
- materials;
- packaging;
- quantity;
- gift presentation.
Available options depend on the selected product, materials, quantity, and project requirements.
How long does a custom order take?
Custom and made-to-order projects require a minimum estimated production period of two (2) weeks after final approval of the project and receipt of the required 50% non-refundable deposit.
The consultation period is not included in the production timeline.
Actual production time may be longer depending on quantity, complexity, materials, revisions, and project requirements.
Do custom candles require curing time?
Handcrafted candles may require a recommended curing period of approximately 10–14 days after production.
The curing period is separate from the minimum production timeline and may affect the final shipping date for made-to-order candles.
How should I care for my candle?
Before each burn, trim the wick to approximately 1/4 inch (6 mm).
Keep the candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface and away from drafts, children, pets, and flammable materials.
Never leave a burning candle unattended.

How long can I burn my candle?
Do not burn a candle for more than 4 hours at a time.
Allow the candle to cool completely before relighting.
When should I stop using my candle?
Stop burning the candle when approximately 1/2 inch (1.3 cm) of wax remains at the bottom of the container.
How quickly are ready-to-ship orders processed?
Ready-to-ship products are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.
Do you ship throughout the United States?
Yes. We currently ship throughout the United States.
Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on factors such as package weight, dimensions, destination, carrier rates, and selected shipping service.
Do you offer international shipping?
International shipping may be available for selected products and destinations.
Availability depends on shipping regulations, customs requirements, carrier availability, and destination restrictions.
International customers may also be responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other import-related charges.
What is your return policy?
