By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state, province, or jurisdiction of residence.
To use the Services, including accessing or browsing our online store or purchasing any products or services we offer, you may be asked to provide certain information, such as your email address, billing information, payment information, and shipping information.
You represent and warrant that all information you provide is correct, current, and complete and that you have all rights necessary to provide this information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity conducted through your account.
You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to another person without authorization.
SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS
We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe and display the products and services offered through Candle & Art Boutique.
However, colors, textures, finishes, dimensions, and product appearance may vary depending on your device, display settings, lighting conditions, materials, and the handmade nature of certain products.
Our products may include:
- handcrafted candles;
- art candles;
- custom and personalized candles;
- candle holders;
- decorative vases;
- craft blanks and unfinished pieces;
- handmade crafts;
- home décor;
- custom and made-to-order products;
- other products offered through our online store.
Many products are handcrafted, handmade, individually finished, or produced in small batches.
Minor variations in color, texture, finish, wax appearance, decorative details, fragrance intensity, or other handcrafted characteristics are natural and are not necessarily considered defects.
Product descriptions, specifications, availability, and pricing may be updated when reasonably necessary.
We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities offered to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction on a case-by-case basis.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase.
Candle & Art Boutique reserves the right to accept or decline an order when reasonably necessary, including because of product availability, payment issues, suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, shipping limitations, or other legitimate business reasons.
Your order is not accepted until Candle & Art Boutique confirms acceptance.
We must receive and process the applicable payment before an order is accepted.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as Candle & Art Boutique may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order has been accepted or production has begun.
If we do not accept an order, make a material change to an order, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing information, or phone number provided with the order.
All purchases are subject to our No Returns • No Refunds Policy, including applicable restrictions on returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations.
Products may be purchased for:
- personal use;
- business use;
- corporate purposes;
- hospitality;
- gifting;
- commercial resale where permitted by Candle & Art Boutique and applicable law.
Wholesale, private-label, resale, and other commercial orders may be subject to additional terms, minimum quantities, pricing, agreements, or project requirements.
SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice.
The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect when the order is placed and will be shown in the applicable order confirmation.
Unless otherwise expressly stated, posted prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping, handling, customs duties, import charges, or other charges that may apply.
Promotions may be subject to additional terms and conditions.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, payment, and account information for purchases made through our store.
You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided for your purchase and agree to pay all applicable charges disclosed in connection with your order.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Ready-to-ship products are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.
Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on applicable factors such as:
- package weight;
- package dimensions;
- destination;
- carrier rates;
- selected shipping service.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Shipping delays may occur because of carrier operations, weather conditions, customs processing, holidays, incorrect shipping information, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
International shipping may be available for selected products and destinations.
International customers may be responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other destination-country charges.

SECTION 6 - CUSTOM & MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
Custom and made-to-order products may include personalized candles, wedding and event candles, corporate products, private-label products, decorative pieces, candle holders, vases, crafts, and other customized products.
Every custom project begins with a consultation.
Production begins only after:
- all applicable project details have been finalized;
- the customer has approved the project;
- any required agreement has been accepted;
- a 50% non-refundable deposit has been received.
The consultation period is not included in the production timeline.
Custom and made-to-order projects require a minimum estimated production period of two (2) weeks after final approval and receipt of the required deposit.
Actual production time may vary depending on quantity, complexity, materials, requested revisions, seasonal demand, production schedules, and individual project requirements.
Custom candle orders may require a recommended curing period of approximately 10–14 days after production.
The recommended curing period is separate from the minimum production timeline and may affect the final shipping date for made-to-order candles.
The remaining balance for a custom order must be paid no later than three (3) business days before the scheduled shipping date.
Custom orders will not be shipped until payment has been received in full.

SECTION 7 - RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
All sales are final, subject to applicable law and the terms stated in our published policies.
Candle & Art Boutique does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Custom and personalized orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
The applicable 50% deposit is non-refundable.
Please review our No Returns • No Refunds Policy and Custom Order Policy before placing an order.
SECTION 8 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Our Services, including applicable trademarks, trade names, brands, logos, text, displays, photographs, graphics, product designs, images, reviews, video, audio, and website content, are owned by SPORT GEAR, LLC, Candle & Art Boutique, their affiliates, licensors, or other applicable rights holders and may be protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws.
These Terms permit you to use the Services for lawful personal use and authorized business purchasing activities.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, republish, download, store, transmit, or commercially exploit protected materials without applicable authorization.
Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of intellectual property belonging to Candle & Art Boutique, SPORT GEAR, LLC, SOFIA P., Shopify, licensors, or other rights holders.

Access to such tools may be provided "as is" and "as available", subject to applicable law.

SECTION 11 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Candle & Art Boutique is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
However, sales and purchases made through our store are made directly with Candle & Art Boutique, operated by SPORT GEAR, LLC.
Shopify provides the technology and commerce platform that supports our online store but is not the seller of products offered by Candle & Art Boutique.
Shopify's responsibilities are governed by its applicable terms, policies, and applicable law.

SPORT GEAR, LLC may transfer or assign its rights and obligations in connection with a lawful restructuring, sale, merger, transfer, or other business transaction, subject to applicable law.
